From the Administration Menu, Settings > Edit settings
From the settings screen global school settings may be altered. Settings currently available include:
School Name
This is the official school name which will appear on the footer of PDF documents produced on Pupil Tracking.
Email Error Delivery Address
When email is sent through Pupil Tracking's External Gateway external users should receive it because their email address has to be valid in order for them to have activated their Pupil Tracking account. However, if some should slip through the net, the email error delivery receipt will be sent to the email address entered here. For example, this may help troubleshoot why a parent has not received an email about the availability of a new report or why a pupil did not receive a merit email sent by a teacher.
Default Max Chars
This is the default maximum amount of characters that can be entered for new text element statements through the Text Element Manager.
School ID
This ID uniquely identifies your school and is commonly used for integrations.
