From the Administration Menu, click Query Manager > Edit custom query groups
Custom query groups enable administrators to group custom queries so they may be managed as a single entity. When a query group is executed all the custom queries in that group are executed.
Adding a New Query Group
Query groups can be created by checking individual custom queries and selecting Group from the With checked: options under the Custom Queries tab or by clicking Add a new query group.
Use Ctrl+click or drag your mouse to select multiple queries to include in a group. A maximum of 10 custom queries can be included in a query group.

Query Group Description
Enter a suitable description for the query group (this may be edited later).
Schedule this query group to run every night
If this box is checked the query group will be executed once every night (this may be edited later).
Save
Click Save to save the query group. Note: Clicking Save does not execute the query group.
Managing Custom Query Groups
A maximum of 100 custom query groups can be created and managed through the Query Manager.
The column headings for Custom Query Groups are explained as follows:
ID
Each time a new custom query group is added a new ID will be generated. When executing multiple query groups the custom queries contained with the groups are executed in order of their ID.
Query Group Name
This is the name allocated to the query group when it was created.
Query Group Description
This displays a shortened description of the query group when it was created. Hover the mouse over the description to read the full description.
Query ID's
This is a comma separated list of the custom query IDs contained within the query group.
Last Executed
This displays the date and time the query group was last executed.
Scheduled
Indicates whether the query group has been scheduled to run every night or not. A tick will be displayed if the query group is to be run every night, otherwise this column will appear blank.
Action
The 2 options Execute and Manage are displayed under the Action column for each query group. Clicking Execute will execute that query group. Clicking Manage will display the ID, name, description and statement for each custom query included in the group. Only the query group name, description and schedule details can be edited.
With selected
By checking query groups in the far left hand column and using the With checked: options it is possible to Execute, Schedule, Unscheduled and Delete multiple query groups.
