The Text Element Manager is used to manage text elements you may wish to include on a report. For example, if written comments about Attainment, Effort and Ways Forward were required from staff the 3 text elements Attainment, Effort and Ways Forward should be created. Once text elements have been created they can then be included in relevant campaigns.
Subject text elements can be setup for completion by subject teachers and pastoral elements can be setup for completion by form tutors. Once text elements have been created it is possible to populate each one with its own statement bank. Alternatively, staff can enter free text for each text element.
