From the Administration Menu, click on Report Manager > Produce a report
Reports can be produced from campaigns that have ended or have been archived.
Reports for Teachers
Click Teachers under the Produce Report For: column. Reports for teachers are produced by subject in class/set order in the same way as managing a campaign.
Reports for Parents
Click Parents under the Produce Report For: column.
Different report options are displayed depending on the content of the campaign:
It is possible to add general fields to the report prior to compilation. Select the general field to be included and use the horizontal arrows to move the field over to the to include column. The general fields can be re-ordered by selecting the field(s) to be moved and using the vertical arrows to re-order. Use Ctrl + click or click and drag to select and de-select field names.
Help for each formatting setting when producing a report is accessed by hovering the mouse over the small help icon.
Download & Save Settings
Click Download & save settings to download the compiled report. Clicking this button will also save the report settings. Reports should compile in under 1 minute. Please be patient during this time and do not click on any other buttons within Pupil Tracking until your report has been compiled.
Important: A report produced from an archived campaign will always display a pupil's current year group, set and form/tutor group. For example, an archived 'S3 Full Report' for pupils currently in year S6 would display those pupil's current year groups, sets and form/tutor groups, but would display the data and text entered for them when the 'S3 Full Report' was created. This would enable a Maths teacher to view data and text for the S6 pupils in his set when they were in S3. To preserve reports exactly as they are it is necessary to save the compiled PDF documents to your computer before pupils move up a year group.
