It is not possible to produce every type of report in every possible format. Sometimes the contents of your report may flow outside the borders of the page. If this happens you may receive an error from your PDF viewer. For example Adobe Reader may produce the following:
Error: Could not find a font in the Resources dictionary.
To rectify the problem it maybe necessary to do one of the following:
- Change the page orientation. For example, if the columns of data on a 'Data only' report do not fit on the page in portrait orientation then it maybe necessary to change to landscape orientation
- Reduce the overall font size of the document allowing more content to fit within the page
- Ensure any hyper links added to the report introduction/closing have a carriage return before them
- Use the Alias Manager to reduce the length of the column headings
