From the Administration Menu, click on Report Manager > Edit cover sheets
It is possible to create multiple cover sheets which can be called upon for use in reports at compile time.
Adding a New Cover Sheet
Click Add a new cover sheet
Cover Sheet Title
Enter a unique title for the new cover sheet. This will be for reference only and does not show in any part of the report.
Cover Sheet Text
Enter the text that you require for this cover sheet. The cover sheet text accepts merge fields for gender specific text and basic HTML formatting. All gender specific text should be entered in the male person.
Merge Fields (must be in capitals)
SURNAME = The pupil's surname
FORENAME = The pupil's forename
YEAR = The pupil's year group
FORM = The pupil's form/tutor group
TITLE = The title of the campaign
DATE = The campaign/report end date
Basic HTML formatting is also accepted for example:
<b>Bold</b>
<i>Italic</b>
<u>Underline</u>
<font color='red'>Red text</font>
<a href='https://pupiltracking.com'>Hyper link</a>
Click Save to save the new cover sheet.
Editing a Cover Sheet
Click Edit under the Action column. Make the relevant changes and click Save to save the edited cover sheet.
Deleting a Cover Sheet
Click Delete under the Action column
